- Learn how to position yourself as a quality supervisor ready to continue your growth in the organization
- Understand more about yourself and your role through several simple assessments, guided reflection, and discussion.
- Be able to apply several key skills necessary for successful relationships with your team such as improved feedback, motivation, and listening.
The six hour course is designed around leaving the day with skills that you can immediately apply to your own work and relationships making you a better supervisor, manager, and leader right away.
